Flying in
Taking into account that majority of our guests will travel to Poland by plane, the following link lists all the direct air plane connections with Poznan Lawica Airport.
By train
It is also likely, especially for guests from other continents, that your flight will go to Warsaw Okecie Airport. From there, one can travel to Poznan also by plane or by train (Polish Railway Company). For your convenience, a number of example train connections are listed here. The following are also example train connections for guests flying to Berlin or Krakow (be aware, the latter involves a long, 7-8 hour journey by train).

Arrival to Poznan
If you supplied full data regarding your journey, it is most likely that you will be greeted on an airport/train station by one of the members of our group. The person will be wearing a yellow ID tag with the name of the conference. The sample look of the described ID is provided below.

rest assured that some one will be there to meet you. HOWEVER, if you did not
send us the information or you feel the information was incomplete/erroneous
(no train/plane number, etc.) PLEASE fill the form as soon as possible.
The organizers cannot be held responsible if there is no transport for the guest
due to misinformation.
