IMPORTANT! The fee does not include personal, travel or medical insurance of any kind.
Accompanying persons are charged as students.
Payment details
The confreence fee should be paid via bank transfer. The payment details will be given by e-mail to registered participants.
Please note, that the bank account above is in Polish Zloty (PLN). In case of money transfers from outside of Poland, the payer should notify his/her own bank about the amount of PLN that should be accounted on the destination account, while submitting the transfer in other currency (please note that bank provisions and exchange costs apply).
After the payment is made, please send the pdf with confirmation to: aux@auxetics.eu
Cancellation of participation
In case of cancellation of participation in the Conference, the fee will not be returned.
