Participants who provide the organizers with their itinerary by Monday, Aug. 10^th, 11.00 AM GMT, will be transported by the organizers from the airport or the railway station to the hotel.

Upon arrival at Poznan Airport (IATA code: POZ) or bus/train station (PKP Poznan Glowny) all participants, that shared with the organisers their itinerary (arrival time, flight/train/bus number, etc.), will find a person (an organiser) awaiting them near the exit of the terminal. The person will hold a page with the text "AUXETICS" written on it. Participants will be transported directly to the hotel.
