Please fill the form below to provide the organizers with your travel details. This form is optional but recommended for participants coming to Poland from abroad. The information below will be used by the organizers to facilitate your arrival at the conference venue.
Please note, that this form is by no means a replacement nor equivalent of the registration form. If you have not registered your participation in Auxetics 2017, please use the registration form instead.
